All prices are “starting from” and may vary depending on property size, infestation level, access, and treatment required.

Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

A site inspection may be required to provide a fixed quotation.

Payment is due on completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

Commercial clients on contract will be invoiced as per agreed terms.

Missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.

Treatments are carried out in accordance with industry standards; however, complete eradication may require multiple visits.

Follow-up treatments may be recommended and are charged separately unless included in a service plan.

The client is responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.

A&A Pest Control is not liable for re-infestation caused by structural issues, hygiene conditions, or neighboring properties.

Warranty (if applicable) is subject to compliance with treatment recommendations and does not cover new infestations.

Hazardous areas (e.g., roof voids, confined spaces) must be safe and accessible prior to service.

Service reports, site plans, and compliance documentation (MPI/food safety) are available for commercial clients upon request or as part of a service agreement.
